Usage:

The machine is mainly used for extruding PE, PP-R, ABS and other thermoplastic plastics. It is equipped with relevant molds and auxiliary machines to form a production line to produce all kinds of plastic products.

The charging barrel heating and cooling:
It adopts air cooling system and ceramic belt type heater to precisely control the temperature. Only middle air flow can cool cupper heat radiation sheets which are specially designed and produce high thermal conductivity. It can ensure precise melt temperature. Its noise is very low.

High output:

The special shelter type screw stem can be used in high output extruding. The length 12D shelter ensures thermoplastic plastic plastics steadily plasticizing to make it get highest quality melt. The screw stem shelter designing can increase the extruding output.
