Double pipe production line
The main machine is SJZ51/105 or SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, match with double-pipe single-control stainless steel spraying & calibration tank. It avoids a waste condition when one pipe is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double haul-off and cutter are combined with the front calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought about by separately control double-pipe extruding.
The diameter is about φ16-φ63.it can fully make use of the extruding capacity of the extruder, even if it produces small diameter pipe, and it can get high output.
